All new air conditioning system installations are installed to county codes with the following:

• Hurricane tie downs.
• Safety switch to prevent water leaks.
• Vibration pads under condensing unit.
• Plenum sealed to prevent air leaks at air handler.
• New digital thermostat.
• Flush copper lines.
• Vacuum entire copper lines prior to starting system to remove any moisture in the copper lines.
• Clean up the areas where technicians/installers worked and throw out trash.
• Explain to customer how new system is working and go over new thermostat operation instructions.

We offer 1 year labor on all new system installations but almost everyone we install opts for the 10 year labor.
